INTERNATIONAL food lovers and eager chefs wanting to try something different can find it all and more at IF Store and Cafe.

A place where East meets West, the large range of products on offer hail from India, Asia, Europe, America, UK, India, South Africa, Sri Lanka and many other places.

Customers can browse the aisles for that hard-to-find ingredient, or take a seat in the cafe and enjoy a Western and Indian-style breakfast or early dinner and a range of delicious Indian and Western bites, plus rolls for lunch.

The patisserie is already very popular with its variety of European-style pastries and Indian sweets.

Born in Asia, If Store business partner Kumar was exposed to a range of wonderful tastes from a young age before living in Melbourne for 15 years and discovering more European flavours.

He found he had to visit several different shops when looking for ingredients.

IF Store makes the choice easy for customers by limiting the range to a maximum of the two best brands per product.

Taking coffee very seriously, Kumar and his partner created their own special medium blend using seven beans with an attractive colour and reasonably strong without hitting the back of the palate, with a chocolatey note at the end.

The If Store is planning to offer cooking demonstrations to encourage customers to step outside the culinary box and experiment with different flavours.

The team also caters for home and office parties, with an experienced party planner available.
